Training groups
Given the advantages of learning to run in a group and with guidance for the recently initiated, promoting training groups is one of the most effective actions we can carry out within the 50/50/25 project.
With this section, we aim to lend visibility to the work of these groups so that beginners know where to go.
Biziki
The Behobia-San Sebastián, with Super Amara BAT (Bidasoa Atletiko Taldea), as an action to support the 50/50/25 project, has launched the Biziki Project in the endeavour to offer a mixed group training service for ages 14 and up, all levels and with a special focus on women in different parts of Gipuzkoa. Training is supervised at all times by qualified trainers.
